Todd’s drastic home renovation drives Julie away

Reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta broke USA Network records for the most-watched series premiere, which followed real estate mogul Todd Chrisley and his family through two entertaining seasons. Chrisley is known as the Patriarch of Perfection for his commitment to family values and controlling behavior, making the second season captivating television viewing.

Chrisley maintains tight control of Savannah and Chase, along with Chloe (his adopted granddaughter). He limits their Internet usage, controls text messages, installs tracking devices in their vehicles, and regularly conducts drug tests to ensure they remain free from drugs – once even throwing one son’s laptop into a pool to teach a lesson!

However, he remains worried about his daughters, who have become obsessed with beauty and fashion. To help his daughters cope, he sends them to the gym to learn to lift weights – where they meet Kyle, who is recovering from drug addiction but wants help getting his life on track again. Kyle asks to move in with them for one month while waiting on test results, which they agree upon.

As time progresses, the Chrisleys begin to miss their old home in Atlanta and notice that their new one is smaller. At the same time, Lea – Julie’s pregnant friend from college who had her water cut off due to a construction project – requests to move in as her water has been cut off and becomes an annoying nuisance while staying with them. She begins overeating while staying with them, which eventually becomes unbearable for Julie and the Chrisley family.

Julie must care for both of her children while David works on remodeling the house, including Savannah, who becomes angry over Julie’s refusal to buy designer clothing as desired by Savannah and other members. Additionally, Julie struggles with bunion surgery complications and begins complaining of discomfort.

Nanny Faye boosts morale at work with cow patty bingo

USA Network announced shortly before the season 9 finale that Chrisley Knows Best would go on indefinite hiatus after Julie and Todd were charged with bank fraud and tax evasion; both received 12- and seven-year prison sentences, respectively, for these offenses. But it appears as though Chrisley Knows Best may return sooner than anticipated.

As fans were excited to hear they’d soon be getting new episodes, they were excited when it was revealed that the reality show would quickly return with new episodes. The first episode aired on Monday, February 6th, 2023, with much drama, including Todd’s drastic home renovation that drove Julie away and cow patty bingo being introduced as part of the fun gameplay. The show follows multimillionaire real estate developer and entrepreneur Todd Chrisley, his wife Julie, their children Chase Savannah Grayson, and Nanny Faye as it explores their lives together as a family and Nanny Faye cares for all.

The season premiere took place on February 6th at 11 p.m. ET on the USA network and was entirely unexpected, not including any mention of Todd or Nanny Faye’s court case or their imprisonment. Instead, this episode was focused on Todd’s drastic home renovation and Nanny Faye’s morale-building games at work.

New series episodes will air on Monday nights at 11 p.m. ET on the USA network, though their number and duration remain unconfirmed. It is anticipated to return for the entire season sometime during fall.

Fans of the show will need to wait and see how the story develops, but at least fans have reason for optimism; it will return for its tenth season! USA Network released a trailer showing new episodes; however, as it didn’t reveal anything regarding Julie or Todd’s convictions or release from prison, it will likely start again after they have been released.

Todd and Julie’s divorce is finalized.

Chrisley Knows Best has become a beloved reality show, chronicling one family as they go about their everyday lives with their children. While popular in the USA, Todd and Julie were recently sentenced to prison for tax evasion and bank fraud charges that have brought more drama into the family’s daily routines.

Savannah Chrisley has been very vocal in voicing her feelings regarding both of her parents’ imprisonment. She discussed it on her podcast and the Growing Up Chrisley episode and addressed any divorce speculation around their situation.

Los Angeles Times reports that an attorney representing the Chrisleys stated they are not considering divorce. According to their representative, family happiness remains strong, with no plans of dissolving their marriage. Todd and Julie remain very much in love despite being locked up together. He further confirmed that filming of Chrisley Knows Best would continue regardless of the incarceration of either spouse.

Todd and Julie wed in 1996, giving birth to two daughters (Lindsie and Savannah) and their son Chase. However, Radar Online reported that their marriage ended abruptly due to Julie cheating on both husbands while pregnant with Lindsie.

Todd and Julie were convicted of federal crimes related to filing false tax returns and engaging in defrauding community banks with fraudulent mortgage and loan applications. Both pled not guilty to all the charges brought against them and are currently fighting their convictions in court.

They have taken multiple appeals and even taken the matter to the Supreme Court, with their attorney promising that the Chrisleys will fight to overturn their convictions to no avail.

Once they return home, the couple will be subject to home detention monitoring by federal courts and must abide by strict restrictions imposed by their probation officer, such as reporting any purchases over $1,000 to them.

Chloe and Chase’s relationship progresses.

Chloe and Chase quickly find themselves drawn together throughout the season, sparking flirtations and making plans to hang out together. Although neither want to admit it, Chloe and Chase are falling for each other despite not wanting to admit it themselves. Unfortunately for Chase, though, his dating history includes women who weren’t great. His first girlfriend was Emmy, whom he dated from 2015-18 before moving on to Lindsey – unfortunately, they never ended their relationship, and then Kayla in 2021, but that fell through within five months!

Chloe feels as if her powers are gradually diminishing, though she cannot put a finger on why this might be. She finds comfort in recalling fond memories from their childhood together and states that Max gives her a reason to stay in Arcadia Bay.

She was taken aback when he suggested they swim at Blackwell pool together, though she reluctantly agreed because “hella deserves some mindless fun.” She noticed he was wearing a swimsuit, and his hair looked longer and darker than in previous episodes.

Before they leave, she announces that she has discovered some money hidden in Principal Walker’s desk drawer. While she intends to use this sum to repay Frank, Max stops her, cautioning that doing so could get them in trouble with the law or bring divine wrath upon them both. Although he reassures her it will be fine, she still feels uneasy at this idea.

Once at the pool, Chloe finds herself drawn to its pull and dives in with him. At first, she is surprised by how cold it feels; however, she adjusts quickly after just a few moments.
